Alyssa Griskiewicz, LMHC, ATR-BC, RYT"Alyssa is a remarkable therapist. She helped me implement positive coping skills and learn compassionate thought patterns. For the two years I was seeing Alyssa, I went through my hardest times.... However, through all of this, I was able to deal with my problems, rather than be defined by them. I have depression and anxiety and they used to consume me, but working with Alyssa changed that. She is truly special at what she does for people. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone trying to move through life with strength and integrity." -Used gratefully & with permission, from a past client
