Our Story

Ebb & Flow Adventures is a dream come true. The dream-come-true of a nomadic New Englander, raised on the tidal, brackish waters of the Merrimac River, branded with the impermanence of the tides. Being deeply informed by the rhythms of the Coast, she became an explorer. She fell in love with discovering the world, challenging presumptions and kicking proverbial ass.  From Boston to New Delhi, Rome to California, Kathmandu to Vermont, Morocco to Maine,  Alyssa loves to learn, share, discover and challenge. 

Ebb & Flow was created to support creatives, explorers, and explorer's to be in challenging themselves, engaging their capacity, and broadening their world view through hands-on travel experiences and reflective response to those experiences.
