C O U N S E L I N G

Alyssa is a board certified art therapist and licensed mental health counselor in the State of Washington.
​
She serves as Teaching Faculty in the Creative Arts Therapies and Clinical Mental Health Counseling Programs at Antioch University Seattle. 

Alyssa believes in a model of therapy that is based on healing centered engagement, the creative therapies, somatic engagement, and a focus on how society and identity impacts our wellness. She is trained in EMDR and ClayField Therapy, a somatosensory approach to trauma treatment.

Alyssa completed CIIS' Certificate in Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy and Research in 2024 and supports integration of psychedelic experiences for clients seeking support. 

She provides a compassionate, creative, and playful approach to therapy, centering your unique
wisdom and brilliance as the best tools
