Our ability to provide inspirational service learning trips is due in large part to our talented and hardworking Program Leaders. They are unique individuals that are able to blend together the responsibility for safety and other logistics with the rich experiences of cultural engagement, self-reflection, communication and humor.
We work with a diverse array of Universities, Colleges and other educational organizations, and our Program Leaders are hand-picked for each program, matching specific program needs with Program Leader experience.

Program Leaders must meet the following minimum qualifications:
Group leadership experience
Current medical qualification of Wilderness First Aid (WFA) and CPR prior to departure. Wilderness First Responder (WFR) certifications are preferred.
A minimum 25 years of age
Preference will be given to leaders who have the following qualifications
Prior experience leading international service-learning trips, gap year programs, or wilderness therapy programs
Direct experience living, working or traveling in the regions for which you apply
