All henna is shipped via priority mail to insure fastest transit.
Henna is perishable. Freeze your henna as soon as it arrives to keep it fresh and lovely! Each cone will take about 15 minutes to thaw before use. Henna will keep it's strong dye-power for about 6 months in the freezer, and about 4 days in the refrigerator. Each time it is thawed and refrozen, it loses some dye capacity. Snip the end of your cone with sharp scissors or nail clippers- and start very small!
Your package will include 4 henna cones and instructions for care of your henna stain.
One cone contains approximately .75 oz of paste, enough for about 10 medium sized designs or 25 small designs.
Ebb & Flow henna uses 100% natural ingredients, never chemical additives or dyes such as para-phenylenediamine (PPD). Henna should be avoided by anyone with a known allergy to fava beans or citrus fruits, or a G6PD deficiency.
Avoid henna if you have G6PD deficiency or have been advised to avoid fava beans,if you are are extremely anemic, or have citrus allergies. Please consult your doctor if you have concerns about using henna.
